Dr. Ivan Garcia is OMNI Eye Specialists’ founding member. His extensive training in intricate microsurgical techniques and experience in performing delicate eye surgery including cataract and corneal transplants and laser vision correction, has made him one of the Baltimore region’s most trusted eye specialists. Dr. Garcia is equally as passionate about giving back to the community and has committed a great deal of time and skills to delivering low or no-cost specialized medical eye care to people in need throughout the region.

B. Eric Jones, MD, Retina Specialist/Ophthalmologist

ERICJONESMDYou will find Dr. Eric Jones to be a compassionate, down-to-earth physician who readily extends himself to take care of his patients. He has two children, Max and Kelly, with his wife Dr. Jenny Jones, who teaches mathematics at Archbishop Spalding High school. He enjoys fishing and working with his son on a muscle car and a vintage motorcycle.

Dr. Jones is a retina specialist and a board-certified ophthalmologist. He specializes in macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and surgical care of the retina. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas and completed his ophthalmology residency training at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. He went on to specialize in medical and surgical retina at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Jones has previous academic appointments that include staff scientist at the prestigious National Eye Institute, NIH, in Bethesda, Maryland, Clinical Director of Retina at the George Washington University in Washington D.C., and Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Maryland.

Ok H. Park, MD, Ophthalmologist

Dr. Ok Park is a board certified ophthalmologist who joined the OMNI Eye Specialists team in 2017 after more than a decade in private practice in the Baltimore area. She believes that medicine is a balance of science and art and delivers compassionate care for each patient.

Sanjeeb Bhandari, MD, Retina Specialist/Ophthalmologist

Dr. Sanjeeb Bhandari, MD, is an ophthalmic surgeon at OMNI Eye Specialists who specializes in medical retina and uveitis. Dr. Bhandari performs intravitreal injections and anterior segment surgeries and has experience with ruptured globe repairs and lower lid entropion correction.

Dr. Bhandari has an accomplished educational and professional background. He received his medical degree from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal, and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology in Kathmandu, Nepal. He completed further training in clinical ophthalmology at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland, the United Kingdom. He undertook clinical research training at the University of Sydney in Australia and was awarded a PhD for his research in evaluating treatment outcomes of retinal diseases in routine clinical practice. He specialized in medical retina and uveitis at the National Eye Institute/National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Bhandari is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO), EURETINA and the Nepalese Ophthalmic Society. He has contributed to numerous publications and has presented his works at the annual meetings of the AAO, ARVO, EURETINA and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists.

Dr. Bhandari has current affiliations at the prestigious National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland and the Save Sight Institute of the University of Sydney, Australia. He was a faculty at the internationally renowned Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, Nepal. He speaks English, Nepali and Hindi.

When he isn't working, Dr. Bhandari takes care of his sons, Sachu and Yash, with his wife, Cherina. He enjoys reading books close to real life.

Karishma Habbu, MD, Ophthalmologist

Dr. Habbu received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City and her MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended the University of North Carolina for ophthalmology residency where she was named Chief Resident and was awarded Resident of the Year, as well as the award for Clinical Excellence. She completed a fellowship in Ocular Immunology and Uveitis at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute and has been published in high impact journals such as Ophthalmology and the British Journal of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Habbu is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Maryland Society for Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and Women in Ophthalmology.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Habbu also sees patients at Advanced Eye Care & Aesthetics in Bel Air, MD (another practice managed by Vision Innovation Partners), where she specializes in the evaluation and management of uveitis, glaucoma and medical retina disorders.

Edward J. Wasloski, OD, Consultative Optometrist, Founding Member (Retired June 2023)

“I became interested in healthcare at an early age. I had worn glasses since third grade, so optometry seemed almost an obvious choice for my career. I enjoy serving my patients, educating them about their health and informing them on how to improve their overall general eye health. I hope to give my patients better and more comfortable vision and improve their functional vision.”

Dr. Edward Wasloski has been with Omni Eye Specialists for 30 years. During his tenure he has served as the residency supervisor for 20 years through the partnership with Salus University. He has spent countless hours giving back to the optometric community, helping train and prepare optometry students for their careers. Dr. Wasloski is well respected in the community for his dedicated service in the field. He cares deeply for the patients he serves and finds satisfaction in helping people improve their eye health.

Mahsa Salehi, OD, Consultative Optometrist

Mahsa Salehi, O.D., F.A.A.O., is a Consultative Optometrist with OMNI Eye Specialists. She provides comprehensive services with emphasis on the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, and post-operative surgical care in areas such as macular degeneration, retinal detachments and tears, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, dry eye disease and cataracts.

Dr. Salehi earned her B.S. degree in Medical and Research Technology at University of Maryland School of Medicine and her Doctorate in Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She completed post graduate training and residency in Primary Care/Ocular Disease at The Eye Institute of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is an active fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, diplomate of American Board of Optometry and has lectured locally and nationally.

Prior to joining OMNI Eye Specialists, Dr. Salehi served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, at the Wilmer Eye Institute of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she was also a member of the Wilmer Comprehensive Eye Service and Ocular Surface Disease and Dry Eye Team.

Dr. Salehi is passionate about giving back to the community, cares deeply in helping people improve their eye health and her philosophy centers on holistic evidence-based preventative care for all patients.
